Thank you for buying handmade jewelry from Julie Sims Designs. All pieces are made with attention to detail and adhere to high quality standards. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at julie@juliesimsdesigns.com or call us at 303-887-1904 and we will figure out a solution. As long as the damage is not due to misuse or intentional abuse and can be directly related to our craftsmanship, our warranty covers the repairs free of charge. You are responsible for the shipping both ways and we will take care of the rest. 

Custom and personalized orders are not available for refund or exchange unless the error is on our end i.e. incorrect spelling.
